Intermediate Guitarist’s Compendium

The exercises and ideas presented in this publication are intended for intermediate students of guitar (electric and acoustic) looking to further their technical abilities, general understanding and overall skill-set. The exercises are presented in an intuitive format and include both notation and tablature and concentrate on the essentials of contemporary guitar: scales, arpeggios and chordal studies.Instead of bombarding the student with 1001 fingerings and scales, the book focuses on a “working vocabulary” of content with the aim being to develop a foundational base and a strong core knowledge that has real world applications.
